Provence Market in Bridgeport

This is seriously one of my favorite restaurants in the world. I discovered this gem a few years ago and love it when I can come back. The food is FANTASTIC! The steaks are perfect. The owner and service staff are welcoming and attentive. I really can't recommend this place enough. THANK YOU!

This is a great place. The food is exquisite and prices are very reasonable. Try the roasted red pepper soup!

Great service and delicious food! Will definitely be back! It is quiet and comfortable and feels more intimate than your typical chain restaurant. Great for a date night!

Unique food options for the area, and good quality. Many seafood dishes and the only place that I know of in Fairmont, Clarksburg, or Bridgeport with duck on the menu. Staff is very friendly and there is a large wine list. Overall a nice treat!

Atmosphere is amazing. Service is 5 star. Mussles were perfect and the steak was fork tender. Love this place.

Just set to eat but very nice!Menu looks limited but well thought out... not heavy here and light there.For me, being a finicky eater, sometimes the higher-end places leave me picking the best of things I would rather not try.... but I was happy with the options.Service is superb!Wine list looks extensive for those who seek a list that has pages worth of selections.The outside looks quaint, but someone knows how to set the table!

This a lovely West Virginia oasis that I've been to many times over four years. the food is super fantastic thanks to Ann's insight and attention to detail. The area is very lucky to have an establishment like this. I recommend it very highly!!!!! you must experience the food and/or the bar if you're in the area.

Amazinf food. A little on the pricey side (definitely not unreasonable) but you absolutely 110% get what you pay for. The food here is stupid good. You would expect this calibre of food in a city not Bridgeport WV. Very refreshing tastes. You owe it to yourself to go here.

This is my favorite restaurant in Bridgeport. The bread is delicious and always hot and fresh. Everything I have tried on the menu has been very good and the atmosphere is nice.

A little on the pricey side, but good nonetheless. A side note(for the restaurant), the grapes served with the chevre appetizer smelled and tasted like like they had been washed in bleach water. Not pleasant.

Have Timothe's Seafood Papardelle! You won't regret it! Incredible service, too!

As a relatively recent transplanted from the DC area, the one downfall of West Virginia, for me, has been the lack of a truly good restaurant. There are several restaurants that have good food or good service, but generally lack one or the other. This completely nails both on every level. Each and every dish served was well thought-through, truly gourmet, and absolutely delicious. The service was above and beyond. Even my 2 year old, who would've been treated like an annoying add-on at any other restaurant, was offered a meal tailored exactly to her tastes; handmade pasta with haricots verts. Truly the best pasta I'd tasted, as an adult. The patio, where we sat, was beautiful. Honestly the best restaurant I've found in the Morgantown/Fairmont/Bridgeport area. Hats off.

We came here for lunch. The food overall was good, with the best part being the dessert of apple tart with cinnamon ice cream (a definite must-try). However, the only thing that threw us off was the appetizer, Warmed Chevre, that we chose. The grapes that accompanied it smelled like they had been doused in Clorox. Despite this, we had a nice time.

The staff and management is very kind and accommodating here. I have a food allergy and they helped make sure my food was safe for me to eat. The food was amazing! I had a burger and the salted caramel brownie w/ cinnamon ice cream. So so good!

Great food and great little gem; don't miss it! My family and i were on our way to PA from NC and after hours of non-stop driving, our appetites dictated that we stop. So glad we did! The food is phenomenal; the trout special was prepared perfectly and together with the extensive wine list and delicious desserts make for a great experience. Our waiter was attentive and the very gracious owner also made sure we enjoyed our time here. If you find yourself in this area please don't miss the chance to eat at Provence Market!

Everything on menu is delicious lunch or dinner. Also have special options off menu that I've also enjoyed. Good place to try something new can trust that it will be delicious.

We found this place as we were passing through and stopped to have dinner. I got crab and he got tuna. Plus desserts and espresso. Everything was fantastic! It's a little expensive or we would eat there a lot more.

The food and service are always fantastic. I live for their olive tapenade!!
